This is a beautiful and very pleasing excursion within the wonderful valle di Antersasc, in the Puez-Odle Nature Park. The climb to the top develops through peaceful creeks, pleasant meadows, nice woods, sharp peaks and amazing vertical rock walls. From the top the view on the surrounding peaks is breathtaking.

Information about the ski mountaineering excursion to Cima Dodici

The excursion starts from the parking lot in Longiarù, at an elevation of 1536 meters. After a trail stretch through a nice wood that the snow makes enchanting, we enter the fascinating Valle di Antersasc by the impressive rocky sides of the mountains of the Puez group.

Right before the cottage, we turn north and through hollows, humps and slopes we reach the top of Cima Dodici (Crep da le Dodesc), 2384 meters, where the view is spectacular. The nice and long skiing descent runs through the climb route.

The ski mountaineering excursion to Cima Dodici features a 900 meters elevation gain and loss and it is rated as PD (Moderately Difficult). Maximum incline is 30 degrees.
