The ski mountaineering itinerary starts at Tre Croci Pass, where we take a trail going through a pine and larch forest leading us to the steep upward couloir reaching Forcella Marcoira, at 2307 meters. On a long and delicate traverse, from the pass we reach the start of the couloir and we begin a wonderfully steep ski run. Three quarters down the canal, a cliff makes us tackle a fun double rope climb, followed by beautiful slopes leading us near a forest, at 1740 meters, where we meet summer trail #215 which takes us back to Tre Croci Pass.

The ski mountaineering excursion to Forcella Marcoira has an elevation gain of 600 meters. It requires good training and mastering of ski mountaineering technical skills because of the BSA (Good Mountain Skier) rating. Maximum incline is 40 degrees.
