Sassolungo Normal Route Excursion Program

Day One
You will meet the mountain guide at Passo Sella. After checking the equipment, you will take a cable car to Rifugio Demetz (2685 metres).
Half board accommodation.

Day Two
You will start early in the morning and you will climb the Sassolungo Normal Route and then you will return to the Rifugio Demetz and then to the Passo Sella mountain pass in the late afternoon.
Ascent: 6/7 hours with a 1300 meter elevation gain.
Difficulty: III+
Descent: 5 hours with a 1400 meter elevation loss.
