The off-piste skiing to Mont Frety starts from Courmayeur. With the SkyWay Monte Bianco the free-riders reach the first station of the cable car, 2195 meters, from where countless itineraries start.

The optimal exposure offers great choices for off-piste runs all along the Pavillon woods, almost all the time in beautiful fresh powder. The riders will experience an unforgettable and thrilling day, always skiing off-piste and on different runs every time.

Off-piste "Bisteccone" (Big Stake)
The path starts from Toula and -traversing- it leaves the wide plains above Mount Pavillon and It enters the evocative suspended quadrilateral. Passing a steep wall the hikers will access the couloir and they will reach the narrowest point of the cleft. The path, then, pops out on some marvelous, wide and fun open spaces that lead to the cottages and to the trail that brings back to La Palud.

Off-piste Canale diretto"
The descent starts from the exit of Pavillon and in high declivity heads to the entrance of the evident and steep couloir. After crossing it, the hikers will get out on the plains of the evocative brook and they will keep going through La Palud as described in the in the above itinerary.

Off-piste "Mont Fréty"
The descending line follows the summer trail and It goes round the top station of the cable car going all the way to the left side. This itinerary features less notable declivities and it allows to reach the underlying planes with marvelous lines among the beautiful conifer woods.

The off-piste skiing in the Pavillon woods includes multiple diverse runs, at an incline varying 30 to 40 degrees and 825 meter elevation gain. It requires good training and mastering of technical skiing skills because of its BS (Good Skier) rating.
