The Via Bianchini is a classic climbing route of Euganean Hills, an interesting 5th degree climb along the nice East face of Mount Pendice. The itinerary climbs along a logical and elegant line that seeks the weaker points in the face: a technical and very diverse climb along corners and cracks, with a nice section on vertical dihedral.

  • Rocca Pendice
  • 3 hours
  • Medium difficulty
  • Presence of nearby refreshment point
  • Maximum number of participants
  • Suitable for adults and boys

Information about the Bianchini climbing route

The Bianchini climbing route was opened in 1940 by A. Bettella, A. Bianchini; it is a classic of mountain climbing in Rocca Pendice. It features a very rewarding itinerary unfolding with no particular difficulty. However the wall of the second rope length is not banal and the spectacular dihedral of the penultimate pitch requires strength, technique and resistance.

The route unfolds in 5 lengths for an elevation gain of 150 meters on good rock. The climb features V+ maximum level of difficulty.
