With your ski skins, you will trek across silent settings in pristine nature in the mountains around Sestriere, Claviere, Sauze d'Oulx, Cesana, San Sicario, Pragelato and Montgenèvre (France). You will ski through forests and meadows covered in snow, wide scree couloirs and narrow chutes embedded between vertical cliffs. You will skin up to a summit or mountain pass from which you will admire wide-open views of the mountainscapes of the Italian and French Alps.

You will ski down exciting backcountry runs on fantastic slopes of fresh powder.

  • Ski Mountaineering The reservation for this experience is for a day of ski mountaineering with a mountain guide on itineraries with a level of difficulty no greater than 1200 meters elevation gain going up and 40 degrees of the slope.
  • Activity level The grade of difficulty of this activity shall be determined in agreement with the guide, who reserves the right to choose the itinerary on the basis of the participant/s experience, capacity and level of training and fitness.
  • Participants Anyone over the age of 16, with any level of training and fitness, can participate in this experience.
  • Under 18 Minors under the age of 18, if unaccompanied, require a waiver of liability from the parent or guardian of the child, that must be given to the guide before the excursion begins.
  • Equipment Remember to bring the minimum required equipment for the activity. If you do not own the equipment let us know, we will provide it for you, if available or for hire.
  • Reservation The reservation for this experience is individual, with a dedicated mountain guide. It may be reserved for a number of participants no greater than the maximum number allowed.
  • Guide price The price shown is for one day with the mountain guide and transfer using the guide's private vehicle. It is valid for individual reservations for a number of participants that does not exceed the maximum number allowed.
