During the winter the Powrock certified IFMGA-UIAGM mountain guides organize every day freeride skiing trip and freeride courses in the Dolomites; the mountain guides deeply know all the environments of the Dolomites and they are available to suggest, accompany and assist the freeride ski lovers on the most beautiful and evocative off-piste itineraries, providing all the technical support and the necessary materials to live a grand day in the name of adventure.

We offer many different and exciting guided off-piste skiing experience to discover the itineraries of the Dolomites. We will ski freeride in the spectacular environment of Dolomiti Superski - the largest ski area in the world, 1200 km of slopes -, along narrow chutes between vertical cliffs and ample detrital couloirs, down soft wide-open slopes of powder and in the silence of snow-covered larch and fir tree forests.

For the beginner freeride skiers, we can organize a day of off-piste skiing course in Dolomites in which the mountain guide will teach mountaineering, skiing and safety techniques, covering topics such as equipment for freeride skiing, descent in different types of slopes and snow, safety management and evaluation of the weather and snow conditions and much more.

What you need to know

  • Off-piste skiing The reservation for this experience is for a day of off-piste skiing with a mountain guide on itineraries with a level of difficulty no greater than 45 degrees of the slope.
  • Activity level The grade of difficulty of this activity shall be determined in agreement with the guide, who reserves the right to choose the itinerary on the basis of the participant/s experience, capacity and level of training and fitness.
  • Participants Anyone over the age of 16, with any level of training and fitness, can participate in this experience.
  • Under 18 Minors under the age of 18, if unaccompanied, require a waiver of liability from the parent or guardian of the child, that must be given to the guide before the excursion begins.
  • Equipment Remember to bring the minimum required equipment for the activity. If you do not own the equipment let us know, we will provide it for you, if available or for hire.
  • Reservation The reservation for this experience is individual, with a dedicated mountain guide. It may be reserved for a number of participants no greater than the maximum number allowed.
  • Guide price The price shown is for one day with the mountain guide and transfer using the guide's private vehicle. It is valid for individual reservations for a number of participants that does not exceed the maximum number allowed.
  • Skipass The excursion requires the skipass, which is not included in the price, and may be purchased at the ski-lift ticket offices in the departure area.
  • Safety The mountain guide may cancel or suspend the excursion or change the itinerary if minimum safety conditions are not guaranteed. Please view the terms.

To book an off-piste skiing in the Dolomites with an expert local certified IFMGA-UIAGM mountain guide, you must send a request that provides and specifies your contact information, the number of participants, the location you prefer and the date/period in which you wish to take the freeride skiing trip.
We will respond immediately to confirm the availability of the guide, the deadline, if any, to confirm the option for the reservation, methods of payment, characteristics and organization of the freeride skiing trip.
Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you the receipt and the presentation voucher with the details of the service, the name of the mountain guide or the mountaineering school, and all the contact information.
