At first the climb continues along a narrow gully that we handle carrying our skis on our backpacks; then we follow on skis on an icy basin along slopes and ridges. When we reach the base of Forcella Michele, in beautiful surroundings, we climb on foot the narrow and steep gully leading us to the Forcella del Cristallino at an elevation of 2666 meters.

We start our descent on the opposite side, along a steep gully that later opens up into a marvelous, wide and deep valley over 1200 meter long. The last stretch descends into a nice forest where we follow a ridge taking us to the riverbed and finally to our starting point.
