Information about the off-piste skiing excursion to Faloria Mountain

The excursion starts at the departure station of the Faloria cable car taking skiers up. The adventure begins with a few nice off-piste runs in the Faloria woods, along gentle slopes and narrow canyons heading to Monte Cristallo. We use the lifts to go back up to the Tondi at Faloria where we engage the thrilling off-piste descent, skiing along a nice couloir at first, then following the beautiful slopes in Val Orita until we reach the edge of the forest. A fun ski run among the larches leads us to the village of Acquabona; there we take the bus to return to the cable car departure station.

The descent from Monte Faloria along Val Orita has an elevation loss of about 1200 meters off-piste. Rating is MS (Medium Skier). Maximum incline is 35 degrees.
