Bormio is a marvelous place in valley Alta Valtellina, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. A little town surrounded by very beautiful mountains and wonderful woods. The backcountry skiing itineraries of this area are really formidable. They cross spectacular and incredibly evocative environments before majestic peaks.

One of the most renowned and sought after is the off-piste itinerary of the "Vallone". It features two paths -the classic one and the "La Croce" one- that offer a super fun and scenic ski ride through very beautiful slopes and exciting couloirs. The descent through "silent" paths far from the din of the ski tracks and the emotion of marking your own slipstream on freshly fallen soft and immaculate snow covered slopes are unique and unforgettable experiences.
