Information about the off-piste skiing in Val Gardena

The program offers an intense and fulfilling freeride ski day. A spectacular off-piste ski adventure along the beautiful downhill couloirs and slopes in the Dolomiti Superski area, a freeride skiing paradise offering several different itineraries unfolding in an environment of extraordinary beauty. Fun runs, but well-rounded and technical, along incredible couloirs and wide slopes, with an elevation loss of over 1000 meters where you can let your skis run at will.

The mountain guide will accompany you safely and securely down the amazing freeride ski runs in the backcountry of Val Gardena or in the nearby Marmolada Glacier, Sella Massif and in the other Dolomites. The freeride ski itinerary of the day will be choosen by the mountain guide who will assess the snow and safety conditions.

The freeride ski experiences are scheduled every day starting from December 20th 2020 until April 9th 2021.

What you need to know

  • Participants Anyone over the age of 16, with an adequate level of training and fitness, can participate in this experience.
  • Under 18 Minors under the age of 18, if unaccompanied, require a waiver of liability from the parent or guardian of the child, that must be given to the guide before the excursion begins.
  • Equipment Remember to bring the minimum required equipment for the activity. If you do not own the equipment let us know, we will provide it for you.
  • Booking The booking for this experience is to join a group with a shared mountain guide. It may be reserved for a number of participants no greater than the maximum number allowed and the availability left.
  • Price per person The price shown is for one participant in the group excursion with a mountain guide and possible transfer using the guide's private vehicle. It is valid for individual reservations for a number of participants that does not exceed the maximum number allowed and the group availability left.
  • Skipass The excursion requires the skipass, which is not included in the price, and may be purchased at the ski-lift ticket offices in the departure area.
  • Safety The mountain guide may cancel or suspend the excursion or change the itinerary if minimum safety conditions are not guaranteed. Please view the terms.

How to reserve your mountain guide

To book a freeride skiing in in Val Gardena with a shared mountain guide, you must choose the date in which you wish to take the group excursion and you must send a request that provides and specifies your contact information, the number of participants.
We will respond immediately to confirm the availability of the date, the deadline, if any, to confirm the option for the reservation, methods of payment, characteristics and organization of the activity.
Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you the receipt and the presentation voucher with the details of the service, the name of the mountain guide or the mountaineering school, and all the contact information.
